From goal to published posts: how the Social Marketing agent works

It's easy to say an agent "handles your social media." It's more useful to show what that looks like in practice. Here's what happens with the Social Marketing agent, from setup to the first posts going live. You don't need to set a week aside for it — the whole setup usually fits in one sitting.

1. Connect your accounts and pick a goal

Connect the accounts you want to post to: an Instagram Business account, a Facebook Page, a LinkedIn profile, or any mix. Then pick one goal: brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, website traffic, leads, or sales. That's the only real decision you make. You can add topics to steer clear of, but you don't need to write a brief.

2. Get a campaign plan in minutes

The agent reads your company profile, works out what kind of business you are, and looks at your recent posts to pick up the language you post in. From there it proposes a campaign: a theme, a brand voice, an image style, how often to post, and when. Every post is laid out on a monthly calendar so you can see the whole campaign at a glance.

3. Adjust and approve the plan

Nothing about the strategy is locked. If the voice is too formal, the cadence too busy, or the agent got your business category wrong, change it and regenerate. Your edits stick. When the plan looks right, approve it once.

4. Review each post

The agent now prepares each post properly: an image in your brand's style and a caption written for the platform, in your language. Each one lands in your approval queue as it's ready. Approve it, edit the caption, or skip it. Nothing goes out until you say so.

5. Posts go out on schedule

Approved posts publish on the dates in the plan, inside its posting window. For Instagram and Facebook, the agent tracks likes and comments, so you can see which posts landed.

After setup

From here the routine is short: check in now and then to review what's queued up. And if you decide to stop the agent, everything scheduled stops with it — no posts go out after you've switched it off.
